How to buy

At the moment our catalog is not able to process online payment. However, after you have submitted an order form for one of our handmade Mapuche Textiles, we will contact you shortly thereafter. Our current payment options include the following:

1. Sending a cashier´s cheque or money order in US dollars to:

Once you have obtained the cashier´s cheque from your bank, we ask that you send us a copy of the cheque by fax to the following number: (56-45) 614007. Once we receive your fax, we will mail your items.

2. Sending payment by electronic transfer in US dollars to:

Shipping and Trade Terms

All shipments are Free-On-Board** Fundación Chol-Chol, which means that the package becomes the property of the receiver when the Fundación Chol-Chol turns the package over to the carrier. The receiver is therefore responsible for paying shipping charges in addition to any insurance charges if he/she wished to insure the package.

We currently ship via Correos de Chile, the national postal service with shipping prices currently based on destination and shipping weight. This service does not include insurance. On average, most shipments take approximately 15 days to reach any U.S. destination.

Customs and Duties

Customs and duties are charged to the receiver once the order reaches the destination country. These charges cannot be anticipated nor covered by the Fundación Chol-Chol. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees on their orders, and these will vary from country to country.

On any international order, the Fundación Chol-Chol is obligated to fill out a customs form. The actual invoice for any purchased product will be mailed separately to the customer. The Fundación Chol-Chol is NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by customs. Orders can not be cancelled, refused or returned because of customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

The prices of all items include 18% Chilean Value Added Tax.

We attempt to ship in-stock items as soon as possible. However, the exact time of delivery will depend on your country and international shipping method.

Our goal is to ship your order all at once. Therefore if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of this and will ship your order when all items are available.

Return Policy

At this time the Fundación Chol-Chol is unable to support a return policy. All sales made from this website are final.

**FOB: (trade term) An abbreviation for “Free on Board” used in some international sales contracts. In such contracts, the seller is obligated to have the goods packaged and ready for shipment from the agreed point, and the buyer assumes transportation costs and the burden of risks from thereon in.
