Legal Conditions

Fundación Chol-Chol is a non profit-making Non Governmental Organization (NGO) located in the IXth region of Chile.

Volunteers accept full responsibility for their stay, and they should consider their personal safety and events which may occur in the country, as well as their personal health, before they undertake the journey. Volunteers travel of their own free will and volition.

Fundación Chol-Chol will not accept any responsibility for actions by any organisation or individual in Chile which proves prejudicial to any volunteer.

Volunteers must request all the information which they consider necessary in order to assess fully their potential status as volunteers for Fundación Chol-Chol from the Volunteer Programme Co-ordinator.

Fundación Chol-Chol reserves the right to require the resignation of any volunteer whose behaviour does not comply with the expectations of the organisation or who does not complete the work jointly agreed between the volunteer and the Programme Co-ordinator.

Any volunteer who decides to resign from the Fundación Chol-Chol Volunteer Programme must give ten working days' prior written notice to the Programme Co-ordinator, except in case of illness.
